Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. During sales or high-demand releases, processing may take a little longer — we'll always try to keep you updated.

We currently ship domestically via standard courier service, with delivery generally taking 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International shipping is available to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us right away with photos of the packaging and item so we can help make it right.
