Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information SPINNON Records collects when you use our website, and how that information is used and protected.
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order history. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly on our servers.
We use this information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, and improve our website and product offerings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & analytics
We run our own, simple analytics to understand how the shop is used - which records people look at, what gets added to the cart, and where visitors drop off before ordering. The data is stored in our own database. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta pixels or any other third-party tracking, and we never sell or share this data.
Before you choose, or if you press "Decline": we only count page views - which page was opened, the website you came from, and campaign tags in the link (utm). No cookie is set and nothing identifies you or connects one page to the next.
If you press "Accept": we set a cookie with a random ID, so the pages you view, records you open, searches, cart changes and orders can be connected into one visit. If you then place an order, that ID is linked to the email address on the order, so we can see which pages led to it.
What we never store for analytics: your IP address, your name or address, or your full browser details. We keep only a country (from the network) and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer.

The site also keeps your cart and a few display preferences in your browser's own storage so the shop works; these never leave your device except as part of an order you place.
Analytics records are deleted automatically after 13 months. You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted - including all analytics linked to your email. Reply to any email you received from us, or contact us through the links at the bottom of the page, and we will respond to your request. Order records themselves may need to be kept for accounting purposes.
