Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Vinyl records that have had their shrink wrap opened or been played cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Limited-edition and special-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange — this will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
